If you're looking for something light or behind a desk, this won't be the right fit. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. What You'll Do Support Customers

• Help them find what they need, answer questions on plants and products, pull and load orders, and run the register when needed. Hands-On Greenhouse Work
• Water, clean, weed, prune, and keep sales areas clean and organized. Fulfill Orders
• Pull and tag orders for wholesale and retail customers. Shipping & Receiving
• Receive new shipments and make sure they're stocked properly. Inventory Support
• Learn our software and support the team in tracking what's coming in and going out. General Maintenance
• Do whatever it takes to keep the greenhouse running smoothly and efficiently. Assist with Deliveries
• Load and unload with care and efficiency.
