Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Assist customers in selecting the perfect bras by offering product demos and personalized recommendations Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and card payments accurately Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Conduct product demos to educate customers about fit, features, and benefits of our bras Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and ensuring product availability at all times Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment if applicable Previous retail sales experience, preferably in apparel or specialty stores such as grocery or clothing retail Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to assist in team efforts when needed Excellent phone etiquette for answering inquiries professionally and courteously Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math to optimize sales space and inventory management Ability to perform cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service This role offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
