If you love photography and want to work in an environment where you can grow your print and photographic knowledge, then working in the LAB is for you! Job Description for Lab Associate The primary function for the individual is to assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and online. Must be able to quickly grasp procedures and techniques to operate ordering systems, data systems, and POS systems. The position includes Photoshop/Lightroom work, scanning work, and printing assistance, and other lab necessities that may come up. Prior lab experience a must. Qualifications Be patient, prompt, and have good hygiene Must have very good verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate both PC and Mac Able to proficiently use Photoshop, Lightroom Knowledge of film and its properties and proportions Basic knowledge of cameras - both film and digital Experience with POS systems Benefits Discounts on printing and film processing On-site training Family business atmosphere
