GP Client Strat Team is hiring for an AT&T Support Associate to assist our AT&T customer outreach and service team's initiatives throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers learn more about AT&T products and services. As an AT&T Support Associate , you will work directly with customers to help oversee AT&T account issues. The AT&T Support Associate will answer questions, assist with customer needs, and help create a positive experience during every interaction. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop professional communication skills, gain customer-facing experience, and grow within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities of the
AT&T Support Associate:
Communicate directly with customers regarding AT&T products, services, and account troubleshooting. Assist customers by answering questions and providing accurate information about available service options. Build positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions. Maintain a positive customer experience by listening to customer needs and providing appropriate support. Work closely with AT&T Support Associate team members to achieve daily goals and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills. Qualifications Needed to be an
AT&T Support Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience is helpful but not required. Reliable, professional, and eager to grow within a team-oriented environment.
Pay:
$4,100.00 - $4,900.00 per month
