This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, communicating by phone and email, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to marketing and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will help customers place orders, answer product questions, maintain accurate records, and work closely with team members to support customer satisfaction and company growth. Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails regarding orders, product questions, pricing, availability, and related inquiries. Assist customers with placing orders and provide timely, professional support throughout the ordering process. Collaborate with team members to develop advertising and marketing strategies, promotions, specials, and customer outreach efforts. Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer, order, and product information. Contact current and prospective customers by phone to build business relationships, promote products, and support sales growth. Provide excellent customer service while handling customer needs in a timely and professional manner. Assist with additional administrative, sales, or customer support duties as assigned. Qualifications Outstanding telephone skills with a friendly personality and positive attitude. Strong customer service mindset and commitment to meeting customer needs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and listening skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in an environment with occasional interruptions. Strong team player with a desire to contribute to company success. Professional appearance and attitude. Comfortable using Windows operating systems and standard office software. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, web browsers, email, and other basic office tools. Prior customer service, sales support, telemarketing, or office experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, organized, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day. They are professional, eager to learn, able to manage multiple tasks, and motivated to help the company grow through strong customer relationships and excellent service.
