The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive work environment. Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system effectively for processing sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Ability to upsell products and engage customers effectively. Experience with product demos is a plus. Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is desirable. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team setting. Strong phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
