The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections. Maintain knowledge of product offerings to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to customers. Conduct tours and establish value of our facility. Must be willing to go out and prospect and generate your own leads Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently. Ensure the gym is maintained, organized, and visually appealing. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate sales strategies and promotions. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or grocery store environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone. Ability to supervise staff and provide guidance as needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively. Experience with product demonstrations is a plus but not required.
