In this position, you will process and maintain sales orders and related documentation, perform data entry and general administrative support, maintain department files, review invoice registers, and organize sales paperwork (digitally). The successful candidate will have at least a basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills, and have at least a high school diploma. Preferably, you will also have at least a years' experience doing clerical/data entry work in a sales environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt position and the salary range is $21/hr to $23/hr depending on experience. You must be eligible to work in the USA without company sponsorship.
