We take pride in creating a memorable experience for clients and we are Ventura County's most trusted jeweler. Our store has items for every budget. We carry a vast variety of natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as colored gemstones. Role Description This is a full or part -time, on-site role as a Jewelry Consultant at Jewelry Couture in Ventura, CA. The Jewelry Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in making jewelry selections, providing excellent customer service, creating a positive customer experience, and retail sales. Base pay plus commission and designer spiffs. Looking for a fun, energetic, jewelry lover to join our diverse team. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Must have a minimum of 1-2 years customer service in fine jewelry A friendly and approachable demeanor Jewelry Lover Knowledge of, or experience in, jewelry design is an added advantage Someone who posses a steady and consistent history in employment is highly preferred Jewelry Consultants should possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers. The role requires prior experience in a retail sales position and a friendly, approachable demeanor that helps build relationships with customers. A candidate with knowledge of, or experience in, jewelry design is an added advantage.
