Job Description

Quality Auto Body and Paint - Hesperia, CA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00
PMPay:
$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience Quality Auto Body and Paint is a local, family-owned, Christian-based auto body shop serving the High Desert for over 30 years. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized person to join our front office team. No auto body experience is required — we are willing to train the right person. Basic knowledge of cars or auto parts is helpful. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. What You'll Do Greet customers and answer phones Schedule appointments and customer drop-offs Enter customer and vehicle information Take vehicle photos Help with estimates, insurance claims, and supplements Order and track parts Assist with invoices, payments, and paperwork Communicate with customers, staff, vendors, and insurance companies Help keep the office clean and organized We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and professional Reliable and on time Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using a computer Good with customers Willing to learn Able to multitask Positive and team-oriented Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Basic car knowledge preferred A Great Fit For Someone Who Wants To Grow This position is a great fit for someone looking for a long-term opportunity, not just a short-term job.
