Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive shopping experience for all who walk through our doors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail skills, engage with diverse customers, and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure products are properly merchandised to attract customers Conduct product demos when applicable to promote new or featured items Upsell items by suggesting complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and managing inventory levels Support supervising team members when needed, including training new staff on store procedures and customer service standards Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Previous retail sales or gas station experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transaction processes Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
