Job Description
We're hiring a full-time Customer Engagement Associate in Concord to support residential wireless campaigns for a leading telecommunications client. The Customer Engagement Associate works directly with customers, explains cellular and wireless options, answers questions, and helps create a smooth experience from the first conversation to the closed sale. This is an onsite Customer Engagement Associate role with 100% commission-based pay and uncapped earning potential. No previous telecom experience is required; in-house training is provided.
