Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection and purchases while providing exceptional service in a retail healthcare environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing payments, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, stocking shelves, managing inventory, creating product displays, and delivering medical supplies as needed.
Scheduled Hours:
Saturday-Sunday:
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Thursday-Friday:
10 am to 6 pm
Job Duties:
Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions, and handle concerns or complaints professionally. Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations, and process purchases. Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges. Assist with store opening and closing procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed. Deliver medical supplies as required. Delivering medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators, and hospital beds to patients' homes or healthcare facilities. Handling the return of equipment, ensuring it is properly cleaned and prepared for future use. Maintaining accurate inventory records of all equipment. Tracking what is in stock, what is out for delivery, and what needs to be returned. Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. Addressing questions and concerns related to equipment usage and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in the medical equipment field preferred. Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product information clearly. Knowledge of products with the ability to recommend items and close sales. Inventory management experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Valid driver's license required.
