Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Assist customers with selecting merchandise, offering knowledgeable advice and upselling when appropriate Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit payments Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising techniques Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and maintaining organized back stock areas Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous Ability to perform basic math for transactions, inventory counts, and sales calculations Knowledge of merchandising standards and product demos to engage customers effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing top-tier service while developing your sales expertise!
