The Impact You'll Make As our OEM Motorcycle Sales Representative, you'll be the bridge between our brand and our dealer network. Your work will directly influence how our motorcycles reach the market, and how dealerships grow their business. You won't just sell motorcycles—you'll be shaping the riding culture by ensuring the right bikes, parts, and accessories get into the right hands at the right time.
What You'll Do Strategic Account Management:
Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with OEM dealerships and distributors to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
Revenue Growth:
Scale sales of electric motorcycles, OEM parts, and accessories by aligning dealer inventory with regional market demands and consumer trends.
Commercial Negotiation:
Architect competitive pricing, credit terms, and promotional incentives designed to maximize dealer profitability and market share.
Supply Chain Oversight:
Monitor dealer stock health and collaborate with logistics teams to streamline delivery timelines and resolve shipping discrepancies.
Brand Protection & Compliance:
Lead "Grey Market" mitigation efforts by training dealers to identify and report unauthorized imports that lack critical battery safety certifications and factory warranty support.
Market Presence:
Act as the face of the brand at major trade shows, dealer summits, and industry events to drive product awareness and lead generation.
Data-Driven Strategy:
Leverage sales analytics and KPIs to pinpoint growth opportunities and execute localized territory action plans.
Industry Expertise:
Maintain subject matter expertise in electric vehicle (EV) technology, emerging battery standards, and the competitive landscape to position the brand as a market leader.
What You'll Bring Industry & Network Expertise:
A documented track record in powersports or automotive sales, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in OEM-to-dealer distribution models.
EV Technical Literacy:
Deep fluency in motorcycle specifications and EV powertrain technology, with the ability to translate complex technical data into compelling value propositions.
Strategic Commercial Negotiation:
Proven ability to navigate high-volume wholesale agreements and cultivate influential relationships with Dealer Principals and key stakeholders.
Consultative Sales Approach:
A "Business Partner" mindset focused on driving dealer profitability, optimizing inventory turns, and scaling the partner's overall business rather than just pursuing individual transactions.
Operational Autonomy & Regional Mobility:
Highly disciplined and self-motivated to manage a remote territory, execute extensive travel, and exceed aggressive KPIs with minimal supervision.
Relationship & Brand Loyalty:
Committed to a relationship-first philosophy, prioritizing long-term dealer health and brand integrity over short-term sales cycles.
Logistical & Data Proficiency:
Skilled in managing multi-account logistics—including complex claims and shipping investigations—while utilizing CRM and Microsoft Office to analyze territory performance.
Qualifications Sector Expertise :
2+ years of professional experience in powersports or automotive wholesale distribution, with a proven focus on B2B account growth.
Technical Intelligence:
Comprehensive knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and VIN decoding, with the ability to identify year-make-model variations and market origins.
Data-Driven Strategy:
Ability to synthesize market analytics into actionable "Territory Development Plans" to consistently exceed growth KPIs.
Executive Communication:
Mastery of high-stakes negotiation and relationship management with Dealer Principals and C-suite business owners.
EV & Battery Literacy:
Technical fluency in battery chemistry (NCM/LFP), energy density (kWh), and the performance characteristics of various controller architectures and motor outputs.
High-Voltage Safety & Compliance:
Working knowledge of lithium-ion safety protocols, including proper storage, PPE requirements, and regulatory compliance for dealer service departments.
