Welding, air systems, industrial gases, paint experience preferred but not necessary. Full time M-F, possible occasional Sat. Key responsibilities and qualifications for this position include (but are not limited to): Deliver outstanding customer service by preparing accurate, timely quotes and submittals, giving each client personalized attention and tailored solutions. Demonstrate professional customer-service and phone skills, using your knowledge of industrial gases and equipment to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Partner closely with Outside Sales to fully understand customer needs to be able to order and recommend the right products, services, and solutions. Coordinate smooth, efficient order fulfillment—including on-time deliveries—to consistently exceed customer expectations. Complete all required paperwork with precision, including coding, costing, and pricing. Maintain a clean, organized storefront by stocking and replenishing shelves as needed. Support strong inventory management by performing regular counts to ensure product availability for customers. Operate the register and handle all cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Perform local deliveries as needed to support customer satisfaction and operational flow. Use computer systems confidently; experience with order-entry software is a plus. Work independently and remain calm under pressure while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by daily operations. Multi-task effectively, managing multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines. Exercise sound judgment to resolve routine and non-routine issues independently. Possess a Class C driver's license with Hazmat Endorsement—or be willing to obtain one. Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor and management There will be training hours required at one of our other locations to start. Requirements for this position- High School diploma or GED, clean DMV record, pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
