Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations Demonstrate mobile devices and accessories through hands-on product demos to highlight features and benefits Assist customers with selecting products, upselling relevant accessories, and explaining service plans to maximize satisfaction and sales Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with stocking procedures to ensure product availability Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in bilingual settings Friendly attitude and demeanor. No sales experience required.

Pay:

$16.90 - $20.00 per hour
