Anna Zuckerman Luxury is seeking highly motivated, fashion-forward sales professionals to join our Aspen boutique for the Summer/Fall 2026 season. Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Develop and grow a personal client book Generate sales through networking, social media, and personal outreach Follow up with existing and prospective customers Merchandise and maintain the boutique's visual standards Process transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system Assist with inventory management and security procedures Learn and confidently present the Anna Zuckerman brand story and product collections Maximize sales through styling recommendations and add-on selling Qualifications Previous retail, luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Active social media presence preferred Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Detail-oriented and highly organized Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills Passion for fashion, jewelry, and luxury brands

Compensation Guaranteed Pay:

$250 per scheduled day (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Plus Commission:

10% commission on all sales you generate Unlike most retail positions, your commission opportunities extend beyond your scheduled shift. If you introduce a client who purchases at a later date, you continue to earn commission on those sales.

Example:
