Position Overview We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Beauty Advisor who is passionate about skincare and confident in delivering elevated, consultative service. You will be the vibrant face of our beauty and cosmetics brand, offering tailored recommendations to help our customers look and feel their best. This role blends luxury retail service with goal-oriented sales performance. The ideal candidate enjoys building client relationships, learning ingredient knowledge, and contributing to a high-performing team environment. Duties Provide personalized, consultative skincare recommendations based on individual skin types and concerns. Greet customers warmly, providing friendly and professional assistance at all times while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Utilize retail sales techniques including upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Maintain a pristine store environment through daily cleaning, merchandising, and visual upkeep. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product organization. Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, product features, and store promotions to provide expert advice tailored to each customer's needs. Collaborate with team members using organizational skills and time management to meet sales goals and ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications Proven experience in beauty & cosmetics sales or retail environments; cosmetology or makeup application skills are highly valued but not required. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail transactions. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or evenings as needed in a fast-paced retail setting.
