The Role:

We're on the hunt for a part-time Retail Sales Associate who's as stoked on people as they are on the great outdoors. This role goes beyond sales—you'll be creating meaningful connections, helping customers find what they need (and maybe what they didn't know they needed), and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. You'll also help with opening/closing duties and help us keep the store running smoothly.

What You'll Be Up To:

Deliver exceptional, one-on-one customer service that makes each guest feel welcome and supported Building real connections—remembering names, needs, and maybe even trail stories Opening and closing the shop like a pro (responsibility looks good on you) Maintain a positive, inviting store environment that reflects our mission and community Helping customers find the right apparel, footwear, and gear Handling purchases and returns with accuracy and a smile Keep the store stocked, organized, and merchandised to support the customer experience Act as a brand ambassador, sharing our love for the outdoors and unique style with every interaction
