We are currently hiring for full-time budtender / sales associate positions. We are a high volume Medical and Recreational dispensary in Broomfield, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of cannabis but does not need to be an industry expert as we are glad to train the right people.
Schedule:
Mid (10a-8p) and Closing Shifts (2:30p-10:30p)
Qualifications:
Must have a current MED badge. Must have basic computer skills. Prefer experience with POS of any kind (
  • not required).
Reliable means of transportation to and from work. Basic knowledge of cannabis.
Core Duties:
  • Helping customers by listening to their preferences and making recommendations based on the customers taste and efficiently completing transactions.
  • Being informed about the products and strains that we offer and being able to compare them to other offerings we have in store.
  • Medical implications and efficacies The effects The high The aroma The taste The aesthetics Price points
  • Maintaining an accurate register by effectively executing transactions.
  • Answering the phone promptly and addressing callers' inquiries.
  • Setting up and taking down the store.
  • Being Friendly, Helpful, and Humble.
  • Maintain compliance with state and city regulations.
Secondary Duties:
  • Filling in at reception as needed.
  • Stickering and labeling products as time allows.
  • Sharing insights about the market and customer
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the store.
  • Other duties as assigned.
The pay for this position is $17 hourly, plus
TIPS Job Types:

$21.00 per hour
