Milk Jelli Kawaii Store On Call & Seasonal Sales Associate AT LEAST 1 shift a week!

Here at Milk Jelli, we specialize in bath, body, beauty products that smell so good you'll want to eat it ( but please don't! ). We pride ourselves in having a safe and healthy work environment, with a team who strives to work hard but still have fun! We are looking for someone with an energetic and outing personality who is Detail Oriented and Customer Focused with a love for Bath, Body and Beauty Products to work at our FlatIron Crossing location in Broomfield, CO. We are also looking for someone with a strong background in Retail and Sales ! Our ideal candidate will work 1 + shift a week and be apart of our on call team to cover shifts as needed with the opportunity to work more shifts during summer and holiday seasons , though you will not be required to work every weekend, weekend availably is preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer/detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products based on their needs
• Utilize excellent communication skills to provide product information, pricing, and promotions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Up sell products to increase sales revenue
• Assist in restocking inventory and ensuring products are displayed attractively
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

• Proven experience in retail sales environment
• Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of stock management practices is advantageous
