Retail Sales Associate

Blueflower Candies & Provisions is a boutique candy and treat depot that serves the local Leadville, Buena Vista, Salida & Copper Mountain areas, seasonal tourists and outdoor enthusiasts. We specialize in homemade fudge, nostalgic candies, mix & match candy, as well as trending candy of today, as well as specialty drinks and tonics. Blueflower also serves and supports the local community by offering local goods and apparel designed by local artists. The ideal candidate for the Sales Associate position will be a vibrant, outgoing individual who thrives on interacting with others. This person will be responsible for the overall tidiness and appearance of the store as well as interacting with customers. The job responsibilties are as follows:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Utilize product knowledge to drive sales
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on current technology trends and products
