This role combines hospitality, operational excellence, professionalism, and product expertise. Budtenders rotate across Medical , Recreational , and Concierge (front desk check-in) roles to ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience from beginning to end. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement Deliver service that reflects Bleezies' elevated hospitality standard. Build genuine customer connections from the start of the visit to the end. Provide accurate, confident product guidance across all categories. Support an environment where customers feel engaged, informed, and cared for. Operations & Structure Rotate seamlessly between Medical, Recreational, and Concierge roles. Maintain disciplined operational routines, including inventory intake, labeling, storage, and logs. Execute precise, compliant POS transactions. Uphold a polished, consistent, brand-aligned presentation across the floor. Product Expertise Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Bleezies' product catalog. Stay informed on new product initiatives, industry trends, and brand partnerships. Ensure all product handling reflects our high operational standards. Compliance & Integrity Adhere strictly to Colorado MED regulations. Verify identification and maintain compliance on all sales. Uphold safety, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times. Qualifications Must be 21+ Valid Colorado MED Employee Badge required Colorado Springs residency required Reliable transportation required Minimum one year of hospitality experience Strong attention to detail and consistency Excellent communication and customer-interaction skills Comfortable working in a high-energy, culturally relevant environment Professional under pressure; steady, composed, and solutions-oriented Strong desire to learn, grow, and uphold a respected brand standard Bleezies Boot Camp Every new hire completes Bleezies Boot Camp , a structured training program designed to align each team member with our brand, our standards, and our operational systems.

Brand identity, values, and hospitality philosophy Customer experience sequencing from start to finish Advanced product knowledge & category mastery Compliance fundamentals & operational discipline Back-of-house structure & product stewardship Front-of-house expectations & service choreography This program lays the foundation for excellence and prepares each Budtender to represent Bleezies with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism. 90-Day Probationary Period To ensure the best match for our team and brand, all candidates are considered probationary for the first 90 days of employment. During this period, performance, consistency, professionalism, cultural fit, and alignment with our hospitality standards are carefully evaluated. Those who successfully complete the 90-day period and Bleezies Boot Camp are fully integrated into the team. Uniform & Presentation Consistency matters.

All employees:

Wear all-black attire ; and Are provided a branded Bleezies shirt for daily wear. Presentation should always reflect the standard of a polished, well-run, hospitality-driven environment. Schedule Bleezies maintains set, non-flexible schedules to ensure operational consistency: Full-Time Part-Time Candidates must commit to their assigned schedule.
