Job Description
About Us We are a brand new dispensary with multiple locations. As we build our team from the ground up, we're looking for motivated individuals passionate about the cannabis industry to join our team and help us grow. The ideal candidate is a someone who can be patient as we grow and change, and has a positive mindset. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance based on their needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations related to cannabis sales Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is organized Help maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment Experience At least 6 months of customer service experience in marijuana retail is required A basic understanding of cannabis products is preferred — if you're still learning, we're happy to teach you about effects, dosage, and usage Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is essential. This position offers an engaging work environment where your communication skills and industry knowledge can grow.
