Sales Associates work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer product questions, and provide personalized recommendations. Successful associates promptly resolve customer concerns, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and upholding our store's high visual standards. Ultimately, the Sales Associate aims to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving sales targets. This is a part-time , Cherry Creek Shopping Center mall-based position. Candidates must be available to work opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends and holidays. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in English. Basic math skills. Track record of exceeding sales quotas. Hands-on experience with POS transactions. Familiarity with inventory procedures. Availability to work flexible shifts. A high school diploma is required; a college degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Punctual, reliable, and driven to succeed. Key Skills Embody the company's core values. Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills. "Go the extra mile" to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Actively engage with customers on the sales floor. Stay knowledgeable about products and confidently discuss available options. Accurately and efficiently process POS (point of sale) transactions. Build lasting relationships of trust with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures and store policies.
