Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through their cannabis purchasing experience. Your expertise in cannabis products and your ability to communicate effectively will ensure that customers receive the best recommendations tailored to their needs. •

•Duties Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized product recommendations. Educate customers about various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and uses of different cannabis items. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently. Process sales transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. Upsell products by identifying opportunities based on customer needs and preferences. Supervise and train new staff members on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a grocery store or similar environment. Familiarity with cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide clear information about products. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership when supervising others. Experience with upselling techniques and understanding of retail math principles will be beneficial.
