MED Badge is required. Experience is required. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a smooth retail experience during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the industry, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills and gain valuable experience in the retail cannabis industry. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection based on their needs and preferences Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos and educate customers on product features and benefits Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Manage inventory levels through stock checks and reporting low-stock items Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Supervise or assist with product demonstrations when needed, ensuring compliance with company policies Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times Skills Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures Supervising experience in retail or similar settings is a plus Ability to conduct engaging product demos and upsell effectively Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for customer interactions Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales best practices Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Experience in grocery stores or retail environments is beneficial but not required Ability to work weekends (Saturday-Sunday), open to close shifts, with flexibility to adapt as needed This role is perfect for individuals passionate about retail sales, customer service, and the cannabis industry.
