Full Job Description Job Requirements:
- Possess valid colorado marijuana employee badge and remain compliant with working regulations for our industry.
- We strive for
EXCELLENT
customer service skills. Must be personable and friendly.- Have reliable transportation, we have a small staff and need our employees to show up for every scheduled shift.
- Confidence in checking ID's, as well as keeping the facility and area around the facility secure and clean while maintaining safety, OSHA and MED compliance.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to use and maintain our point of sale system which will include scanning barcodes as well as cash handling/money counting and calculating discounts & percentages. Flowhub, Microsoft & Excel experience is a plus.
- Ability to package retail items efficient, compliant and fast.
- Cannabis Knowledge. Being able to answer or help find the answer to any customer questions as well as guide an educating experience through the retail and medical marijuana world for customers.
- Up to date with MED rules and regulations.
- Customer service cashier experience preferred.
- Awesome team player.
Job Physical Labor Requirements:
- Must be flexible to do different duties including regular cleaning. Which includes but is not limited to: mopping floors, buffing floors, cleaning countertops & glass display cases, sweeping, taking out the trash.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift & carry heavy boxes of product up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend and squat regularly as well as have repetitive motion of hands, wrists and other parts of the body, must be able to talk, see and use a computer for 4 hours or more
