Sunday Crew Member

We are a small batch ice cream and frozen dessert company doing things differently. Our menu changes every two weeks, our drops sell out fast, and no two Sundays are exactly alike. We are looking for someone who can keep up, stay cool under pressure, and make every customer feel taken care of — all while running the shop mostly on their own. This is a real job with real responsibility. We want to be upfront about that. But if you are someone who thrives independently, loves a fast environment, and takes pride in their work, this shift was made for you.

This is an every Sunday commitment — no exceptions. The shift runs 1:45 PM to 9:15 PM and you must be available for the full shift, every week. You will be working largely on your own, so reliability is non-negotiable. If Sundays do not work for your schedule, this is not the right fit and that is completely okay.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Running the register, guiding customers through an ever-changing menu, restocking and organizing inventory, packaging product, counting inventory, and keeping the shop spotless — including the outdoor patio, bathrooms, dishes, and laundry. There is a lot of cleaning involved and we want to be honest about that. A clean shop is something we take seriously.

® A clear, confident communicator who can explain a rotating menu without missing a beat ® Someone fast on their feet and comfortable working under pressure during a rush ® Physically comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs of ice cream containers, and navigating stairs while carrying product — yes, that is a lot, and we want to be upfront about it ® Reliable transportation to and from the shop every Sunday ® Dependable, organized, and genuinely good with people of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities ® Someone who takes ownership — if something needs doing, you do it without being asked ® A positive attitude, even when it gets busy
