From engagement rings to custom heirloom pieces, we blend artistry with exceptional service. We're seeking a passionate, creative, and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate & Designer to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines retail sales and custom jewelry design. You will work directly with clients to guide them through purchases and collaborate on custom pieces. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional experience from initial consultation to final product.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Experience Greet and assist customers in-store or online, providing knowledgeable and attentive service Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, trends, and product features Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall store success Jewelry Design Work one-on-one with clients to understand their vision and translate it into custom designs Collaborate with our skilled in-house jewelers to transform client ideas into beautifully crafted, wearable works of art. Stay current on materials, stones, and manufacturing techniques
Qualifications:
Experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or fine jewelry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for design, creativity, and customer service Familiarity with design software (e.g., Rhino, MatrixGold, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent) is a plus Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and fabrication techniques preferred Attention to detail, strong organization, and time management skills
