Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance in locating products
• Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments
• Keep the store clean and organized, including dusting, sweeping, and restocking supplies

Experience:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to upsell products and suggest additional purchases to customers
• Proficiency in operating a cash register or similar equipment
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
