Sales Support Representative:
Own and maintain CRM accuracy as the source of truth for all territory activity. Manage quotes, pricing, and order processing from submission through delivery confirmation. Track orders, communicate timelines, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the customer. Support post-sale follow-through, including delivery verification, renewals, and ongoing customer needs. Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams on order status and coordination. Generate reports and provide visibility into pipeline activity and territory performance. Support sales reps with proposals, scheduling, and territory planning activities. Help free up sales leaders' time so they can focus on selling and growing accounts. Sales Support Representative:
Grit! Show initiative and persistence. 3+ years of B2B experience in sales support, inside sales, operations, or customer service. Experience with CRM systems (ZOHO preferred; Salesforce or HubSpot also considered). Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to proactively manage tasks and follow through without constant direction. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience supporting field sales teams in healthcare, medical supply, or distribution environments. Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or recurring order management.
