Team Member Come be part of a SWEET team in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins! We're looking for Team Members to join our team and help launch our brand-new Old Town location. If you enjoy working with people, creating memorable guest experiences, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. At MilkShake Factory, you'll do more than serve desserts—you'll learn the craft behind our premium milkshakes and handcrafted chocolates. You may never look at chocolate quite the same way again. Whether you're looking for your first job, working your way through school, or bringing experience from hospitality, retail, or food service, this is an opportunity to be part of something special from day one. What You'll Do Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, enthusiastic service Greet guests, answer questions, offer samples, and help guests find their new favorite treat Prepare and serve milkshakes, chocolates, and other products according to MilkShake Factory standards Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions responsibly Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment Restock and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, retail, guest service, or food service experience is a plus, but not required Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail Must meet local age requirements for operating equipment and handling transactions Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed Ability to perform repetitive motions such as scooping, pouring, and operating small equipment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Why Join MilkShake Factory?
