Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic vape shop environment at Vibes Vape, located in Englewood. However we also have locations in Arvada, Littleton, and Greeley. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the products they need. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience while maintaining an organized and well-stocked store. Knowledge about kratom, CBD, vape products, and glass is preferred. This role offers commission based on performance, bonuses, and also tips. You also get health insurance for individuals who remain with us for an extended period. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a tidy presentation. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products to customers. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance at Vibes Vape. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in retail sales, preferably within a vape shop setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking. Ability to upsell products while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Proficient in operating cash registers and handling transactions smoothly. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons. Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels and store appearance. Preferred knowledge of kratom, CBD, vape products, and glass to assist customers effectively.
