Hours:
30-40 hours/week Alyth Active is growing — and we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Retail Experience Lead to oversee store operations, lead our team, and deliver the elevated in-store experience our brand is known for. This role is ideal for someone who loves activewear, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and excels at motivating others.
Store Hours:
Monday-Thursday 11:00-4:30, Friday-Saturday 10:30-5:30, and Sunday 10:30-4:30. What You'll Do Lead daily store operations, including opening, closing, payment processing, and scheduling . Train, coach, and develop retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure the sales floor is welcoming, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Drive sales performance through strong customer engagement and product knowledge. Oversee merchandising, restocking, and visual standards to maintain a premium store experience. Manage inventory processes including receiving, counting, and loss prevention practices. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. Maintain strong communication with ownership regarding store needs, performance, and goals. Organize/Support in-store pop-ups and events representing Alyth Active. What We're Looking For 2+ years of retail experience , with at least 1 year in a leadership or key-holder role (assistant manager, shift lead, store manager, etc.). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team. Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Confident decision-maker who maintains composure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for activewear, fashion, or fitness. Comfortable with basic technology (POS systems, scheduling tools, inventory apps).
