As a Budtender, you will educate customers on product features, assist with selections, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience that encourages trust and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs Educate customers on product details, effects, and usage instructions through engaging product demos Assist with product selection by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable options Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an appealing shopping environment Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product availability Uphold compliance with all legal regulations and store policies regarding cannabis sales and age restrictions Upsell products by highlighting new or complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Skills Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles (preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales transactions and inventory management Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that drive sales Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and vendors Demonstrated ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining a positive customer experience Join us in creating an inviting environment where customers feel confident exploring our cannabis offerings.
