Two-Wheel Tech Expert:

You bring heavy bike knowledge to the floor and have personal experience in the saddle, whether it's mountain, road, or casual riding.

You're an active participant in the lifestyle—at a minimum, you're an avid cyclist, skier, or snowboarder who can authentically speak to the gear's performance.

Culture Fit:

You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.

Skills:

Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.

Physicality:

This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.

Education:

High school diploma (or GED) and 1-3 months of related experience are preferred. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Average of 15-20 hours per week

The Shift:

Evening closing shifts ( Between 5:00 PM•9:00 PM). Also includes product knowledge team training every other week on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 5:15 PM•6:45 PM.

Weekends:

Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM•9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM•6:00 PM).

Pay:

The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage.
