Victory Motors of Colorado is a family-owned dealership serving Colorado since 2008 , offering 400+ quality pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs . We are growing and looking for a motivated, energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Longmont. What You'll Do:
Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options Work closely with management to structure and close deals Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory Help create an outstanding customer experience that drives referrals and repeat business
What We're Looking For:
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation:
