This role manages quote and order processes, serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, and ensures accuracy across systems and communications. You will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technical teams to drive timely responses and effective resolution of customer needs. This position is part of the Sales Support team located in Loveland, CO and will be hybrid. In this role, a typical day will look like: Manage incoming customer quote requests and provide timely, accurate quotations Convert approved quotes into orders and enter customer orders into ERP systems with precision Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM systems to ensure visibility and data integrity Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, lead times, and order status Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and support customer needs Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency The essential requirements of the job include: 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms) Associate or bachelor's degree in a business, commercial, or technical field, or equivalent experience Ott is proud to be part of the environmental business within the Water Quality segment of Veralto (

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $28 - $32 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
