At Woodbridge Aquarium and Wildlife Center, we are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services/Sales Team Member to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors. $20/hour + commission/bonus opportunity. We're growing and looking for motivated sales professionals who want stable hourly pay and real bonus upside. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations, strong support, and the opportunity to earn $1,000+ in bonuses per pay period during peak times .

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers and actively sell our products/services. Build rapport, identify needs, and confidently close sales. Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals. Accurately document interactions and results. Represent our brand with professionalism and energy.

What Success Looks Like:

You're comfortable starting conversations and asking for the sale. You take feedback well and use coaching to improve results. You stay motivated by goals, bonuses, and friendly competition. You understand that sales performance directly impacts earnings.

Pay & Incentives:

$20 per hour starting pay. Generous bonus structure based on performance. Top performers can earn $1,000 or more in bonuses per pay period during peak times. Reliable hourly income + upside (not commission-only).

Schedule:

Scheduling will be discussed during the interview process and may include evenings and/or weekends, depending on business needs

What We're Looking For:

Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred (not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working toward goals and metrics. Dependable, punctual, and coachable. A competitive mindset with a positive attitude.
