Candidates must be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of client service standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking. Interact with clients in-store, through text, and on the phone. Follow a structured sales process. Have working knowledge of the Harley model families. Proactive follow up with current and previous clients. Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE WITH MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
Motorcycle background preferred. Harley-Davidson enthusiast preferred. Possess sound judgment and decision-making ability. Previous Sales experience in the power-sports/automotive industry. Speaking Spanish is a plus.
