We are passionate about cannabis education and strive to create an inclusive space where customers can make informed decisions about their purchases. No phone calls please. Only online or in-person resumes will be considered. Must be available Saturdays, Sundays and nights.
Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtenders to join our team. As a Budtender, you will serve as the face of our dispensary, helping customers select products that meet their needs, educating them about our offerings, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering cannabis-related questions. Educate customers about the various cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals. Maintain a working knowledge of state compliance regulations and ensure all transactions meet legal requirements. Process sales accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked. Uphold all dispensary policies and procedures, including ID verification and purchase limits.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older with a valid MED badge (or the ability to obtain one). Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred; cannabis industry experience is a plus. Passionate about cannabis and its benefits, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
