Job Description
River Collective Co. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to help grow our wholesale retail network while supporting day-to-day order fulfillment operations. This role is primarily focused on acquiring new wholesale accounts and building relationships with retailers, with a secondary focus on accurately fulfilling and organizing outgoing orders. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to prospective wholesale retailers Build and maintain relationships with shop owners and buyers Follow up on leads, inquiries, and reorder opportunities Represent the brand professionally through email, phone, and in-person communication Assist with wholesale outreach campaigns and account management Accurately pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders for shipment Ensure orders are fulfilled carefully and with attention to detail Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable with outreach/sales Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage follow-through Interest in outdoor, fishing, or lifestyle brands is a plus Prior sales, retail, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required Position Details Part-time position Flexible schedule Hourly pay + potential performance incentives/commission opportunities Colorado paid sick leave provided in accordance with state law Ideal Candidate You enjoy building relationships, take pride in staying organized, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment.
