Job Description

This position will be a little higher-level than a sales associate! We are looking for someone with GREAT knowledge, and previous experience in retail. They will also need to be able to learn new skills, and take on more responsibilities, new challenges, and make a serious commitment to helping with the growth of our business future. ```Duties``` Perform opening and closing duties with consistency and accuracy Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide
EXCEPTIONAL
customer service by answering questions and resolving customer concerns Get to know the artists that we work with along with their products and merchandise, and be able to talk to our customers knowledgably. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays, and cleaning inside, and outside the store. Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to track sales and inventory Upsell additional products or services to increase sales revenue Stay up to date with current technology trends and product knowledge in order to effectively sell technology-related products Work as a team player with great communication skills ```Requirements``` Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (must have) Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (must have) 100% Honesty (MUST HAVE) Social media knowledge Wholesale buying experience (preferred, not a must) Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (preferred, not a must) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor
