Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current inventory Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, replenishing, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Use phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks efficiently Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career while providing outstanding service.
