Job Description
Excited by farm fresh produce, good food, and thoughtfully made items? Mountain Market & Supply is hiring a part time store associate. No two days are the same and you will be on your feet, chatting with customers and unpacking deliveries. Maybe getting a little dirty at times (we're not kidding when we say "farm fresh"). We prioritize providing a great experience for our customers - we make every effort to go above and beyond and value our relationships with them . What you'll do: Provide exceptional customer service and accurately process POS transactions Conduct product quality checks, stock shelves, check inventory, track grocery expiration dates Process deliveries to go on shelves, including documenting and communicating delivery issues Maintain cleanliness and organization Who we're looking for: Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for building relationships and working as a team Reliable, responsible, and consistent, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity Problem solver, willingness to ask questions and seek answers Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills, the ability to prioritize, and complete assigned tasks despite frequent interruptions Able to lift/move heavy items, be on your feet for extended periods Strong comfort level with technology and learning new applications Prior retail, POS, and customer service experience preferred but not required.
