In this lively role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your friendly demeanor and proactive approach will create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and builds lasting relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills, enhance product knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout interactions Assist clients with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance Manage merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting Recommend packages, memberships, and/or products to clients Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and reporting low stock levels Guide clients through their wellness experience by conducting measurements, escorting them to treatment rooms, and providing education and support during services such as red light therapy, sauna sessions, cryotherapy, and compression therapy Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially within hospitality industry or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales totals and discounts Knowledge of customer service best practices to ensure a positive shopping experience This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people, driving sales through product demos and upselling techniques, and creating an inviting shopping environment.
