We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Keyholder to support daily store operations and help lead the floor when management is not present. This is a great opportunity for an experienced associate who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in customer service, and is ready to step into a leadership-support role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of retail management processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop management skills while contributing to a dynamic retail environment. What You'll Do Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone by helping customers find products and solutions for their projects. Assist with opening and closing the store, including securing the building and following cash-handling and safety procedures. Act as the manager-on-duty during assigned shifts when store management is not present. Support daily store operations, including register coverage, task coordination, and workflow support. Respond to customer questions or concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate. Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor. Assist with stocking, inventory counts, signage, and promotional displays. Support and guide other associates by modeling best practices. Monitor store activity and follow all loss-prevention and safety policies. Communicate operational issues, customer feedback, or concerns to store leadership. What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude. Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable with responsibility. Ability to lead by example and support peers. Basic product knowledge or a willingness to learn. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology.
