If you enjoy helping customers, have a passion for home improvement, and thrive in a sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store and over the phone with kitchen and bath product selections Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships Present our products and services in a professional manner Maintain showroom displays, samples, and product knowledge Support daily showroom operations and sales activities Work with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Kitchen, bath, cabinetry, flooring, windows, or home improvement experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
